About Our Refund/Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy
Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of our obligations to you, should you want to withdrawal/refund/cancel your order with us. LAPO Institute offers refunds for the following products: AJMED, Library Subscription, Conference and Training Courses, under the following terms and conditions:
Step 1:If you are withdrawing/want a refund/wish to cancel payment for your application because you have changed your mind or for reasons other than that, you have up to 72 hours from the date you initiated payment to contact us with your request.
Step 2:If you contact us within 72 hours from the date of payment, a 20% administrative charge applies to the amount that is being refunded to you. For example: If you make an online payment application of NGN 100, we will refund you NGN 80 only.
Step 3: To be eligible for a refund, you MUST complete a Refund/Withdrawal/Cancellation Form and submit it (and all supporting documentation) to the Finance and Administrative Service Office on or before 72 hours from the date of payment.
Step 4:To process your refund quickly, you have the option to request a refund via email, which must indicate when you request for a return or by calling our Finance and Administrative Service Office. Otherwise, you will be refunded in the same method of payment as the original payment.

Step 5: Please submit the following, in addition to the forms indicated in Step 3.
- Original copy of bank deposit instrument (scanned copy; and applicable to cash deposit only)
Step 6: Submission.
Submit all required forms and documentation to the LAPO Institute Finance/Administrative Service Office.

Note: You can expect to receive a refund within 5 working days after the Finance/Administrative Service Office has received a complete and accurate Application to Refund/Withdrawal/Cancellation package.
Refund process begins after we have completed the evaluation of your submitted request. From the day you submitted your request. This quality evaluation process may take up to 5 working days for Benin City and 8 working days outside of Benin City. We will send you an email notification once return examination is completed.
You will forfeit a refund if you contact us after 72 hours from the date of payment.
